ViceVersa Links is an initiative of Henri\u00ebtte Joppe-d’Hane. On this website she combines her experience as a teacher of Italian and NT2 (Dutch as a second language) together with that of a travel and event organizer. Because language and culture are inextricably linked, learning a language and studying a culture always work vice versa. Learning a language becomes much more fun if you also get to know the country or region with all its ‘quirks’. And if you can communicate a little with the local people on trips and outings, you often get not only a big smile in return, but also very useful advice about where you can eat really well and what you should definitely see or do. They are the experts, proud of where they live and their history. Henri\u00ebtte’s experiences with learning a language and at the same time getting a taste of that culture or, vice versa, travelling with some handy ‘language tools’ in her backpack, are collected in these language and culture packages from ViceVersa. You can use them yourself and in some cases also give them as gifts.<\/h4>

The Italian and NT2 language packs consist of supervised or self-study courses. Most courses and language coaching under supervision (without a price on the site) are given at a school (e.g. Volksuniversiteit Hoogeveen or Emmen, community centre Marsdijk in Assen, etc.). For conditions and registration, ViceVersa Links links you to the relevant school sites.<\/h4>

The self-study courses and Italian and NT2 modules are authentic teaching material from ViceVersa Links and can be ordered directly through this site. You can then get started at your own time and pace. These self-study packages and modules are suitable from an advanced (A1) level.<\/h4>

The culture packages for Italy, the Netherlands, England and France are our own travel experiences full of great tips, pleasant addresses and useful facts about that particular region or city. We also plan to include a few journeys and day trips where ViceVersa Links offers some interesting options: you organize your own trip and mainly go your own way, but Henri\u00ebtte shows you a few beautiful gems along the way or offers you other entertainment (for example a painting workshop in Florence).<\/h4>

Finally, Henri\u00ebtte assists Italians who give the \u2018ja-woord’ in the Netherlands and vice versa Dutch people who give the ‘parola-di-s\u00ec’ in Italy in translating the wedding ceremony into Italian or Dutch. There is nothing more beautiful than a marriage that brings together two cultures and their respective families! Assistance in finding accommodations, dining and party venues and local suppliers for the wedding is, of course, also possible.<\/h4>
